A new home build involves many professionals, such as architects, structural engineers, interior designers, general contractors, numerous subcontractors, material suppliers, and many more. It is important that your general contractor is able to communicate effectively with everyone involved on your project–including you. At Scott McKee Construction, we pride ourselves on our communication. We want to make sure that everyone is on the same page, so your home turns out exactly as you had envisioned it.
When it comes to working with architects specifically, many of our clients have found it helpful to bring us in early in the design process, as initial concepts are being developed. We are able to provide our clients with real-world solutions, based on our many years of experience building custom homes. It is also often the case that we can offer more realistic answers regarding timelines and how design decisions will impact their budget than an architect often can.
